Description

The RMDP protocol has been developed with copilot AI. Multiple features have been proposed and removed afterwards. There could be forgotten fragments which have to be updated / removed.

Checklist

• Recheck unneeded config parameters, tests, documentation after modifications / update (remove) if neccesarry
• Check client libraries / server task execution if implemented like proposed / applicable like desired

Workflow / Library Check

Also the complete workflow must be checked (see diagrams in /protocol/rmdp/README.md), especially if the Python module behaves like expected.

It is far from good looking, multiple implementations are awkward (c-style). Also the server should not execute the task on the server, the task must be delegated via the internal SDMI orchestrator protocol.

Also protocol framing / receiving does not handle partial / fragmented receives which is BAD.
