What happened?
The WISE_Weather_Module references an older version of google protobuf with some vulnerabilities
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.protobuf/protobuf-java/3.21.10
Updating to a newer version, even just 3.25.5 breaks WindGrid badly, with a large number of deprecated or missing functions.
Updating this and fixing its many resulting issues should be on the dev roadmap.
