Ban for cheating:

Since 1:30am i been trying to get logged back into the server heart of Atlanta on five m. Every time i log on i get kicked for false ban of cheating. The false ban id number is 59320 and when i spoke to him he stated that there is another account attached to my account with a person name drey. Thats not me so how do we fix this issue. i am a stream and this really messed up my session to day. they had a hacker in this server all day today as well.

please can this be resolved immediately
