Add .example generator + parser

limitation..

it would be great to have a .example generator and parser.. it would really help startup for new developers on projects..

if project have a .env.example file it would be parsed and a wizard run where users would have values set with comments and defaults. it can even support setting secrets..

mabye? VAL={type}:{opt format} #{comment}

str - string
int - integer
bool - boolean
sec - secret

you could also add a "group title" for a set of variables you wan to set

# DB
PORT=int:http_port
CONN=str
DB_USER=str
DB_PASS=sec

# SITE
SOME_VAR=bool

this needs to be bettered ofcourse.. but yeah. for a first try, i think it might work?
