Ruby MQTT base libraries

Make some nice libraries that are more capable of handling MQTT subscriptions etc.
That way, future stuff won't be such a freaking nightmare to work with :S

Later on, possibly even replace the old MQTT backend with one that doesn't cause un-recoverable crashes and shit :S

Alright, time to start finalizing this!
I want to make a proper Ruby-Gem out of this, and for that I need to:

• Change the folder structure to match the RubyGems structure
• Change the function naming schemes as to not require the mostly unnecessary thread-wildcard-array.
• Add a proper "result" class for the waitpoint system, so that getting back values makes more sense than an Array or Hash-Query.
• Maybe polish up a bit of the documentation and commenting.
