Add Telegram extended data support

Those being:
- Emoji's as well as Stickers (can be nice especially to receive!)
- Media Files like sending or receiving audio
- *Definitely* polls

And since it's also kinda data, saving and loading configurations for Telegram to a JSON-Formatted list, probably.
It'd work.
