Build issue - ProgramTransformationSetup - external.wxs missing referance

Hi,

I'm new to wix project. I've installed wix toolkit. The only problem I'm facing in building the setup project as external.wxs is missing and the command ""bin\heat.exe" dir "D:\Extract_Summary\SrcML.NET-master\External\SrcML" -gg -sfrag -srd -dr EXTERNALFOLDER -var env.SRCMLBINDIR -cg External -out "D:\Extract_Summary\SrcML.NET-master\VisualStudio\ProgramTransformationSetup\external.wxs"" exited with code 3.

Could you please help in fixing this issue?
