Purpose

Track the remaining product-hardening work without duplicating the public Community Dev Sprint tracker. This is a long-lived umbrella, not a claimable issue.

Shipped

• First-launch orientation, resume flow, overall progress, and completion celebration shipped through Add a first-launch welcome/onboarding screen #14, Show overall curriculum progress in the TUI #15, Add an all-exercises-complete celebration screen #16, and feat: overall progress, completion celebration, first-launch welcome (#14, #15, #16) #31.
• Zero-configuration first run shipped through pylings with no workspace should auto-init instead of erroring #13, feat: first-run auto-init, overall progress, completion celebration (#13, #15, #16) #20, and Release v0.4.0 — zero-config first run #28.
• Initial installed-wheel smoke coverage is in the current CI workflow: build, install, initialize a temporary workspace, and list it.

• Expand supported-runtime CI coverage.
• Make update resolve the intended workspace.
• Preserve existing workspace .gitignore entries.
• Return friendly manifest errors.
• Recover from a last-known-good progress backup.
• Add read-only doctor diagnostics.
• Confirm TUI reset before discarding learner edits.
• Materialize the first four readable-solution slices.

Boundary

Each linked issue owns its acceptance criteria and verification. New hardening proposals should become a focused issue rather than expanding this umbrella. The Community Dev Sprint backlog remains unassigned; the first complete, tested in-repository PR wins.
