Add the Description

Here's a suggestion @pombredanne
Scancode-Server is a Django based application which uses Scancode as a tool to scan code for origin, licensing and dependencies and provides minimal web UI and comprehensive RestAPI.
I was thinking of description to be something like this.

Here at the end you have written Edit Add topics. Does it signifies something else or should I put the same in the description?

@susg that was a mistake. I corrected that. Plz take suggestion of @pombredanne before working on the pr. Description will be what he wants it to be.
