Issue with altcha in VC40

We run VulnerableCode V40 on premise and the altcha checkbox is not showing (see screenshot), therefore the search is not usable.

• Altcha should be working on premise too
• VC should have an updated django-altcha, because the newer versions have a setting to disable it.

For the record, the altcha error is present because the browser is getting a 404 when requesting /static/altcha/altcha.min.js.

Our sys ops said he used the official release for building the Docker image though.
