WWW: Add relevant videos to a Resources page

This issue is to outline the design and initial content for an AboutCode Resources page where the content will be presentations related to AboutCode projects and related information from the FOSS community.
This page should likely be similar to the Blog page but we want to keep them separate to keep the blog posting process as simple as possible. I think that we will want to use a card style layout for the Resources as we had for the old Elementor site and is common on other websites. I expect that we will be able to reuse the card approach for Projects on the new website with simpler content.

The title "Resources" is inherently vague but I expect the content to be some combination of:

• Videos (with slides to share/download if available) where many videos are linked to YouTube, but we need to support videos that are published elsewhere, such as FOSDEM.
• Presentation slides - where not associated with a video.
• Articles from third-parties (e.g., not blogs from AboutCode team)

The priority for content collection is:

• AboutCode and related content from FOSDEM 2026 - see sub-issue 128
• AboutCode and related content from 2025-2026 Linux Fnd events - see sub-issue 130
• Older content that is still relevant - see sub-issue WWW: Migrate selected videos from old aboutcode.org Resources page #127

Thanks for outlining this the scope makes sense.
Before starting, I’d like to confirm a few things to ensure I stay aligned with expectations:

• Should the initial PR focus only on creating the Resources page structure and adding a small, curated subset of videos (e.g., 2–3), or should it include the full priority list?
• For slides, is linking to existing slide decks sufficient for now, or should we embed them where possible?
• Is it acceptable to link to existing videos hosted on the current site until a dedicated AboutCode YouTube channel is set up?
  Once I have your guidance, I can proceed with a focused, minimal PR.

@VineetC137 This task requires more design from the core AboutCode team before we move to implementation. Our overall goal is to replace the current www.aboutcode.org site with this site. We will keep you in mind when we have the design more complete.
