Error when run docker bugzilla

When I run the docker image, I got the error belows:

The ./data/params file does not exist. You probably need to run checksetup.pl. at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 314.
Compilation failed in require at /var/www/html/index.cgi line 19.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /var/www/html/index.cgi line 19.

How can I resolve it.
