Integration recruiting: land Verified-tier integrations

Goal: grow real, verifiable downstream adoption by landing integrations that install the released agentrust-io packages and pass the TRACE conformance suite. Each Verified integration's CI is genuine downstream usage, not a gamed counter.

Template + CI: integrations/_template/ (conformance workflow added in #25). Motion: contributor copies the template, sets integrates_with, adds the conformance workflow; a clean run earns the Verified badge, a listing, and a co-marketed post.

Tier 0 - in flight (convert first)

• comply54 (feat: add comply54 → TRACE v0.1 integration (Level 0, African regulatory compliance) #11) - trace - land review fixes, then merge
