Release 2.8.1: consume python-sdk 2.6.7, publish the merged deps

Bumps agentscore-commerce to 2.8.1, consuming the just-published agentscore-py
2.6.7 (lock resolves it; the >=2.6.4 floor already allowed it). Publishes the
already-merged minor-patch group (#127). The coupled MPP settle set is HELD at
its coordinated-verified versions (pympp 0.10.1, x402 2.20.0): those move only
with a live all-rails settle, not a routine refresh. Own-version synced in
uv.lock. ruff, format, ty, and pytest (1868, 95.37% coverage) green. Actions
current (setup-uv v10.0.1, pypi-publish v1.14.2, osv-scanner v2.5.1).
