The current icon doesn't convey any visual hint about the file type it handles (.md / Markdown files). When Markpad is set as the default application for opening .md files on Windows/macOS/Linux, the icon looks generic and is hard to distinguish from other text editors or notepad-like apps in the file explorer. This makes it confusing for users to tell at a glance which files are associated with Markpad vs. other editors.
Just a thought - thanks for considering!
