The page scrolls to the top when pressing the time in the comments

Clicking the video time shortcut in the comments goes to the top of the page. Can the page stay in the same place during the clicked video times while reading the comments?

I looked into it but couldn't find a possibility for this solution yet. I'm leaving this open for now.
