Implement Role Persistence Feature

Currently, when a member leaves the Discord server (kicked) and rejoins later, they lose all their previously assigned roles. Server moderators have to manually reassign roles each time, which is time-consuming and can lead to inconsistencies. Add functionality to automatically save and restore user roles when members leave and rejoin the server.
