Total cost changes based on loaded messages in a session in the Desktop App

Description

IMPORTANT: issue only on desktop app and not on TUI
when there is a long session of messages, the total cost only shows the loaded messages costs. to see the actual total cost of the session one needs to scroll all they way up to the first message in the session to see the actual total cost.

Steps to reproduce

1- have a long session of messages so that they are not all loaded in the session
2- close the session and reopen after creating the long session
3- take a look at the cost
4- load the rest of the messages by scrolling up
5- you will see that total cost has been increased

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• Sidebar USD spend decreases after compaction or revert #25023: Same root cause — the displayed session cost is summed only over the loaded/visible message cache rather than the full session. In Sidebar USD spend decreases after compaction or revert #25023 this is triggered by compaction pushing older messages out of the window; here it is triggered by lazy-loading in the Desktop App. The underlying bug (cost not reflecting the full session history) appears to be the same.

No, the issue the bot gave is in the TUI but the issue i found was in the desktop app and it doesn't have to do with compaction.

Yeah its weird, there was a PR merged that helps with keeping the totals of values like this on its own column in the DB, I can work on making the desktop move to using this #26644
