No human support response on billing dispute — escalation request #35645

Description

@arshbuttar426-hue

Context

I filed issue #35475 on 2026-07-06 documenting a clear billing error: I was charged ~$20 for content-filter-blocked output where I received zero tokens.

Since then:

  • I have posted 4 follow-up comments requesting a refund and explanation.
  • The only response has been from an automated bot.
  • The issue was closed as COMPLETED with no actual resolution.
  • I reopened it. Still no human response.

Request

I am requesting that a human member of the opencode team:

  1. Acknowledge the billing dispute in False positive content-filter on claude-fable-5 — charged ~$20 for blocked output #35475.
  2. Process the refund for the ~$20 in false-positive content-filter charges.
  3. Respond to the systemic billing safeguard issue raised in Content filter charges users for output it blocks — this needs a billing safeguard #35644.

Why this matters

Automated triage is fine for initial intake. But when a user raises a legitimate billing dispute with evidence, closing the issue without human review is not acceptable. Billing disputes require human judgment and a clear resolution path.

If there is a different channel for billing disputes (email, support portal, etc.), please direct me there. The GitHub Issues channel is the only support mechanism visible to me.
