Queued prompt getting send before previous gets completed

Queued prompts are not being handled correctly

Steps to reproduce

1. prompt something so agent do a long running task
2. immediately or with little delay send another prompt
3. you will notice the second prompt got sent withot agent completes the first prompt's task resulting in unfinished work of first prompt.

In image you can see agent was editing, i prompted for migration. the prompt got sent without the agent returning the response it usually returns after completing the first task.
