[BUG] PyCharm OpenCode Agent history unreadable

Description

When I reopened yesterday's conversation, the previously clear questions and answers became very chaotic, seemingly displaying something beyond the questions themselves, which caused a rendering error. And, I had try other agents such like Codex, Claude, .. they both have no this issue.

As below, the red box is my original question, the green box seems is the IDE attached context:
