[UI] Notification error is shown and cannot be closed

SUMMARY

When you are into a project and press the Configure limits tab and then press any tab from the sidebar menu, a notification error is shown and cannot be closed

but if you press the Domain tab you get this message

the UUID here is the project's UUID

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

- if you don't have any projects, create one
- go into the project and press the `Configure limits` tab
- then press any tab from the sidebar menu

@slavkap I try step by step with localhost and QA. But I can't see the error like the title. Am I wrong somewhere? :(
