Public workflows/datasets tabs fail to display

What happened?

On both the local Texera deployment and the Hub site, the Hub section does not work properly:

• The Public Workflow tab fails to display any content.
• The Public Dataset tab fails to display any content.
• The Hub home page is slow to load. On local, it cannot render.

How to reproduce?

1. Start Texera locally (or open the Hub site).
2. Go to the Hub page.
3. Click the Public Workflow/Dataset tab.
