Sequoia/Sonoma (non EOL) Support

Everything works - except setting border radius to 0 with the latest Tahoe update Sharpener v0.0.2
I'll need to conditionally figure out how to make Sequoia at a radius of 0 stay sharp.

radius of 100

radius of 0 (broken)

radius of 1 (anything above 0 works still)

on/off/toggle all work fine.

Sonoma Testing - works the same. radius of 0 borked, but anything else is fine.. I'll have to fix.

This issue will focus on backwards compatibility, whilst #23 focuses on sharpener persistence across reboots.

Ventura just straight up crashes - Nothing works here.
I'll report back on Ventura if I'm going to make an effort to continue supporting it or not.

Monterey doesn't work either, but no crashing.
I'll have to support non-EOL from here on moving forward.

Just to confirm, To get pre Tahoe radius (Like in Sequoia) in Tahoe, what should be default radius ? I want the exact value.

I'll load a Sequoia VM, and test the radius with apple sharpener on it with zoom accessibility enabled to find an exact radius of Sequoia windows.

For some reason sharpener -s showing radius value as 0. And what is this zoom accessibility? I have keyboard shortcuts to zoom and Modify key for scroll gesture enabled.

10. Sequoia windows use exactly radii of 10.
    I used zoom accessibility option to zoom in and check. Here is a screenrec:

you can see that 5 is too sharp, default is 10 for sequoia. if you want to match sequoia radius, use 10 exactly, even if in Tahoe.
