Access methods: auditory 2-step select

Idea based on an post of a user in group AAC for the SLP on facebook:

2-step selection for blind people: first selection only does auditory actions of the element (speak label, speak custom etc.) and second selection in a row then does all actions. Reason: let people hear what the element is and select it again to actuall perform all of its actions.
