Build Plugin Only Supports AL2

https://github.com/awslabs/swift-aws-lambda-runtime/blob/main/Plugins/AWSLambdaPackager/Plugin.swift#L42 gates the plugin to AL2, we should add support for AL2023 as well since AL2 is EoL

Hey @0xTim Thank you for having flagged this.
I made a simple change to relax the check and accept both Amazon Linux 2 and Amazon Linux 2023 (and potentially future versions as well)

Let me know if you think this is restrictive enough.
