Contribution guideline for "☄️ Computer Vision tab → 🧪 Planning" #2

Hello, I am Computer Vision Engineer and I am amazed by the idea behind this!
I am curious if there are any contribution guidelines?
As for me, I would like to contribute to CV but I am still not sure
if streamlit could handle events of that intensive computation
( as you know streamlit reload upon every click which make it a pain to deal with!)
