Bug Report: on ios can't save as image ... heic?

Describe the bug

ios but may be same on android (?)

receiving a normal image from LINE on Beeper and then trying to save it, the option to save it as an image is not available and also no clear format is displayed on the Share screen

To Reproduce

1. Receive an image
2. Click on it via Beeper
3. Click share
4. No save image appears

Expected behavior

We can save it as an image

Additional context

The sender used iPhone as well, so the images are probably the HEIC format which is the usual
