Translate emoji react to LINE reactions?

Basically allow me to react things like 👍 to messages because sometimes I just don't have anything else to say but also like I want to acknowledge the idea.
Describe the solution you'd like
When I react one of the default emojis on matrix side, it should become an equivalent emoji on the LINE side, if the emoji doesn't have a LINE equivalent, it'll either send out an error to the user on matrix or just removes the react, not sure about that part yet.
For example here are a few emojis and their corresponding LINE emojis (in order):
🙂😌😄🤣🥹😙😇🥰😛😎🥺🙁😟😧😥😢😭😨😵🫠(not sure if this one is a good analogue)😓😏😅😳 (skip one)🥲😪🤤
🥱😗🤮😷😡😈
👍👎🤞✌️👋🙏💪🫶👈👉🤘👌👊🫰🐱🐶🎅👻🤡👽💩💰❤️💔🔥✨💦🎵🎶🎉🍎🍌🥦🍞
🍖🍔🍦🎂☕🥤🍺☀️⭐🌙🌸🪴🌲🌊🏔️🇺🇳(okay this one is a bit of a stretch)🚗🚑⚽🎙️🎸🔧🕐✅❌0️⃣1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣8️⃣9️⃣
and if you reacted anything else on Matrix, it just doesn't work. But if you react any of the above, it gets turned into a corresponding one on the LINE side
Describe alternatives you've considered
a Matrix custom emoji that matches exactly the LINE one can probably be added by the appservice, but different matrix clients have different custom emojis support and I'm not sure if that's even something supported by Beeper
Admittedly I haven't put much thought into it other than "oh these emojis that looks alike should just allow me to react it" as I use emojis quite often and sometimes I forgot that it doesn't transfer to the LINE side and people thought I was ignoring them. Not sure how difficult this would be
