Add some additional examples

The original paper has some additional examples that could be adopted as seen here: https://godbolt.org/z/5PeKaPWae

Those also show a views::prescan which I believe is now removed.

Also best practice these days is to add an examples/readme.md. This can be modeled after the take_before or optional https://github.com/bemanproject/take_before/blob/main/examples/README.md
