Refactor the Repository

We need to refactor the repository to keep only the dependencies that are shared across different projects. The dependency to keep should be:

• docker: used in collectors and monitors
• keyname-hash-generator:
  • java: used in drivers-maker and experiments-manager
  • python: used in data-transformers and analysers (@Cerfoglg do we actually use it or not?)
• minio: currently used in the collectors, but soon it's going to be used also for the spark-tasks-sender
• kafka: used only in collectors, but soon it's going to be used also for the spark-tasks-sender

The dependencies to go are:

• keyname-hash-generator:
  • go: used only in collectors

@simonedavico, @Cerfoglg confirm that this is the case.

Remember also BenchFlowMinioClient, which is now duplicated in drivers-maker and experiments-manager, and abstracts all the interactions between the modules and Minio.
