[BWA-271] Add custom refresh period

Steps To Reproduce

1. hold down the code you want to edit
2. click edit
3. advanced
4. refresh period

Expected Result

can we please have a "custom refresh period"

this is because when i edit the "name" or "username" and click save it defaults the refresh period to 30s and this invalidates the code

Actual Result

defaults to 30s so it invalidates the code

I guess the more complete description of this issue is:

• the authenticator app only allows for intervals/refresh periods of 30, 60 or 90 seconds
• obviously there are services that e.g. use 45 seconds as OP experiences it
• the current authenticator app does not handle this reality very well (or at all)
• additionally, if you try to edit the entry, the TOTP code gets invalidated (as the app seemingly can't handle 45 seconds)
• and/or this makes those TOTP entries practically "uneditable"
• additionally, I would consider this a UX inconsistency as the integrated authenticator of the password manager apps allows full customization of the interval, like described here: https://bitwarden.com/help/integrated-authenticator/#support-for-more-parameters (though it lacks a nice GUI solution for this)

@TroyBW I'm not sure if you read what I added above... and I did not try to reproduce this - but if the report of OP is correct: it's not a bug when the authenticator app invalidates a working (but deviating from 30/60/90 seconds) TOTP code, just because a user decided to edit the item name of an entry? - Or the other way round: it's a "feature request" that the authenticator app shouldn't "destroy" TOTP codes?

its def a bug as when it saves the code its 45s (when i scan the qr code with phone) but lets say i want to edit the code ie the name or the username to distinguish it a bit more and when i click save it invalidates the code as it saves it to default 30s as theres no option to choose in the drop down a custom refresh period
