Bootc Server Quick Start on GCP or Dedicated Servers

We made a small starter image that just runs bootc switch to your image on first boot to obviate the need to run image-builder or start an instance and then run bootc install.

Google Cloud: a public image family, passing image in instance metadata:

    gcloud compute instances create my-vm \
      --image-project kheeper --image-family bootc-quickstart \
      --machine-type c4-standard-2 --boot-disk-size 20GB \
      --metadata 'bootc-image=quay.io/you/app:latest'

Bare metal: an iPXE script boots the Fedora installer with a public kickstart that installs your image to the first disk.
