Subject: [PATCH] docs(claude): sync CLAUDE.md with solid-ai-templates

Add 6 missing template references (typescript, issues, quality-gates,
frontend/ux, frontend/quality, static-site-tutorial) and 6 new sections
(TypeScript, Accessibility, Code conventions, CI/CD, Release process,
Licensing) that were defined in templates but never wired into this
project's CLAUDE.md.
