@jgarciahospital @albertoramosmonagas With the new automated workflow it is best to create first the wiki page and the mailing list, as these are inputs for the workflow and will substitute the placeholders. I have reordered and reduced the steps above accordingly, please use this as a template for further onboarding trackers.

But I suppose we still start only when there is at least one codeowner nominated.

As part of our effort to keep the onboarding backlog up to date, we’re reviewing trackers that appear inactive but still show open items.

This tracker currently has pending tasks. To move forward efficiently, could you please confirm:

Whether these tasks are still in progress and expected to be completed soon, or

• If the tracker is outdated and can be archived accordingly.
• If there are any blockers or if support is needed to finalize the remaining steps, we’re happy to assist.
  We aim to finalize this cleanup during the current week. Your input would be appreciated to determine the next steps.

In the meantime you can make a test pull request within https://github.com/camaraproject/EasyCLA and ensure that you are covered under the company contributor license agreement (CCLA) of China Unicom for CAMARA (or trigger the process by that).

GATE 0 – Codeowner Validation (must be completed before repository creation)

• Code owner(s) nominated and confirmed by API Backlog WG
• LF account active and Confluence access granted
• Subscribed to all@lists.camaraproject.org
• GitHub account active with notifications enabled
• Invitation to CAMARA GitHub Organization accepted
• EasyCLA validation successfully completed via test PR in camaraproject/EasyCLA

Once all items are complete, repository creation can proceed.

If you could confirm which of these items are completed and which are still to be done, we can move forward with the work.
