FastFlix allow convert HE-AAC ?

Thanks for reading my topic.
OS Linux Ubuntu 24.04 using FFMPEG 4.4.2 and NVENCC 7.50.
Fastflix allow convert sound to HE-AAC ?
In "Audio" audio conversion for track 0 codec list not has HE-ACC.
Need install external software ? If yes what software ?
