Make "load full content" action persistently available #92
Description
There are a decent number of feeds that don't have any sort of hint like a "read more" link in the content itself, but don't include the full content in the feed itself. I'm thinking we should move this feature to the toolbar, and make it persistently available to toggle on/off full content from Postlight.
