The hero libs file should be installed in a hero specific directory

Currently libs such as /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/lib/constants.py don't go in a specific directory for hero.

They should probably go in a dir like /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/hero/...
