cloudreve-api on crates.io is not this officially maintained one

`https://crates.io/crates/cloudreve-api` is published from `https://github.com/larriti/cloudreve-api`

the doc: `https://github.com/cloudreve/desktop/tree/main/crates/cloudreve-api#quick-start`'s installation part is miss-leading.

Actually `https://github.com/larriti/cloudreve-api` is not as complete as this,  I hope this crate will be on crates.io ( and correct the doc )
