[Documentation]: status-pending has possibly incorrect description

Description

The documentation for status-pending on https://cloudscape.design/foundation/visual-foundation/iconography/ reads:

Indicate that a resource or process is no longer running and severity is not relevant.

This is the same text as for status-stopped, which seems wrong. I would suggest a revision to "indicate that a resource or process is not yet running..." but that then would become confusing next to status-not-started. A revised label also needs to disambiguate status-pending from status-in-progress. Perhaps words like "initialising", "waiting for requested resources", or similar might clarify the distinction?
