Backup scienterprise db to a local file and prepare a restore script

Need to create a cronjob to run db backup tasks regularly and run it on the scienterprise server VM.
Need to create a db restore script to restore the latest backup to a clean db.
Need to rotate the db backup files and only keep the latest N copies.
