[NGO Volunteer list] NGOs can't download the active volunteer list if there's data missing in at least one column of the volunteers list table, for at least one volunteer

Description

On the web platform, in the „Listă voluntari” tab of the „Voluntari” section, the „Descarcă tabel” button is inactive if there is at least one field in the table left empty for at least one volunteer. For example, if there is even one volunteer who does not have the location set, the button does not work. Only if all fields are completed for all volunteers (within the full list or within a smaller list), it works as intended.

Preconditions

The user is logged in and some volunteers have joined the organization and are active. At least one volunteer has data missing for at least one column of the table, ex: they do not have a location set.

Steps of Reproduction

1. Log into VIC as an NGO and acces the „Listă voluntari” tab.
2. Click the „Descarcă tabel” button. Make sure there is information missing in at least one field of one column of the table.

Expected Result

A pop-up appears, prompting the download of the table as an Excel.

Actual Result

The „Descarcă tabel” button is unresponsive.
