Javascript PWA

Is there anything I need to tweak in build hints to install a Javascipt build as a PWA (as per the guide: https://www.codenameone.com/developer-guide/working-with-javascript/#_devicebrowser_support_for_pwas)
I asked DeepSeek (https://chat.deepseek.com/share/84jhfr1bgbdc0b3bha) and iOS looks like a no go, but I tried installing the default starter app (https://vmc.webbtide.com/cn1test/) on Android with Chrome, and Chrome tells me "This app cannot be installed"
Not sure if my nginx settings have any effect ?

The PWA support broke with the migration to ParparVM and the iOS support is a bit out of date. We're looking into adding this back.

Thanks. PWA support would be good. It would mean for some use cases I'd never need to deal with Apple :(

Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant the iOS support note was out of date. Apple doesn't support PWA. But we're restoring our PWA support for this weeks update so at least it will be good to avoid dealing with Google which in my experience has become worse than Apple (at least with Apple you can talk to a person).

Cheers. Yes, Apple is not good with PWA, but if it works on Android, at least that's a viable path to point someone to if they really do need an offline solution. I've been out of the app store space for a while, but when I last used the Play Store is was much nicer than the App Store. I guess Google must be well past the 'do no evil' days :)
