docs: remove outdated IDE integration warning (#78)

The Claude Code IDE integration issues (#2299 and #2295) have been resolved
in newer versions. The latest Claude Code version (1.0.44) works properly
with IDE integrations, making the warning unnecessary and potentially
confusing for new users.
