How do you turn off all the annoying pop-ups? [Settings > Editor:Hover is NOT the answer]

How do you turn off all the annoying pop-ups like this one:

I tried turning off Settings > Editor:Hover, but they are still everywhere! And they get stuck on as well where you have to click them to make them go away. (hilariously, the "More Actions" one randomly popped up as I was taking this screen shot)

I've turned off hover in every single setting I can find, yes, including User/Remote/Workspace. And every search I've done leads me right back to what I've already done (Editor:hover), but no one seems to cover how to stop these popups that happen in the Explorer and everywhere else in code-server. They lag behind the mouse as well, so I get these random pop-ups dancing all over my screen while I'm trying to work, and I almost always have to click the "last" one to make it go away.

Please help; I'm going to lose my mind after fighting with these things for a few years now. 😅
Any saviors out there with the answer? 🙏
