Dynamic motd message about OS version

I'd like to have an up-to-date version of my host when logging in via ssh

📝 Detailed description

After doing an upgrade of Alpine to the latest I was surprised the OS version reported was the same I used when first installed the script.

I did the local change, but it would be nice to have upstream for all scripts

💡 Why is this useful?

It's somehow misguided to report the original version of the OS host, and take few to nothing to get the information on every load

Motd will be written at Creation time of the LXC. Not Afterwards. The Updater or Manual Updates dont trigger this. Its an useless Shellscript to check this every Login.
