Drop Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy) support

Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish will be EOL in may 2027¹², so we'll drop support for it.

ubuntu 26.04 is supported and this issue is about to drop Ubuntu 22.04. the default image is build with Ubuntu 24.04.
