Quad Trace Oscilloscope: sometimes doesn't detect 1ms triggers

Hi Adam,

I just report your Quad Trace Oscilloscope module, sometimes doesn't detect incoming 1ms trigger (but traced by VCV Scope, however), even at +/- 10V. Very difficult to reproduce!

Also, when voltage is mini or maxi, the horizontal trace isn't visible (looks to be "hidden" by scope's display border).
Easy to experiment with default settings, input voltage at +10V (constant or gate, as example).
