When downloading notes the file type is UECD and when opening in notes its close to useless for future use.
Describe the solution you'd like
either download in plain text or markdown that is widely used and compatible with numerous editors. You can export/print to various file types so it would be helpful to also be able to download in various file types.

What i assume i am not alone thinking is that when you can end up saving your life on a note platform (important documents, journal entries, receipts, etc) it is nice to have it backed up. Maybe you do not need all notes backed up, since some is more important than others. But those notes you want to save, like as an example journal entries, is nice to have stored safely in a file type that is useful, readable, and can be opened in another editor.
You have added the feature to export/print in various file type if you open a note first, why not be able to download in the same various file types when you multi-select types and click download?
