[UD] As a User I want to see and manage by domain name on the Account screen

Pre-requirements:

• integration with the Unstoppable Domains API

The updates for the Account screen should be:

• the extension makes a reverse check on the Account screen (checks if the current address has a domain name associated to it)
• if NOT, add new card with text: "It looks like this address doesn't have a .zil domain name recorded yet." (replaced the "that" word from the sketch prototype with the work "like" => "It looks like ...") and CTA button "GET ONE NOW" which opens in a new tab the partnership link: TBD
• if YES, add new card "Domain name" which displays the corresponding domain name; the context menu in the top right corner of the card has only one option: "Manage .zil Domain" which opens in a new tab the link: https://unstoppabledomains.com/domains (link towards the user's UD account)

All other existing cards on the Account screen remain (no changes).

SUGGESTION: for the first iteration of this enhancement we don't implement the DISMISS option for the new card.
